9 H x 17 W A totally new shade of purple compared to other heucheras. This selection has blackish-purple leaves with a silvery-blue overlay and extensive black veining. The plant seems to glow with an "amethyst mist" from a distance, the characteristic for which it is named. The new foliage is deep maroon-purple and all leaves have rich royal purple undersides. Tiny cream-colored flowers appear on 26 inch scapes, but this plant is grown mainly for its foliage. Hardy in Zones 4 to 9. 12" tall. Part Sun to Part Shade.
